After your order leaves our facility, USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Please remember that delivery times can vary, especially during high-volume periods or due to postal service delays that are out of our hands.

A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders for shipping. This flat fee helps us keep the shipping process simple and ensures there are no surprises at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Warranty Policy

At My Pets Leash, we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products and stand by our customers with a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship.

Our warranty extends to material, hardware, and craftsmanship defects encountered under normal use.
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Exclusions:

  • Our warranty does not cover damages such as those resulting from accidents, misuse (e.g., using the leash for purposes other than its intended use), or negligent handling.
  • We cannot cover the normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the leash.
  • Please note, damages caused by dogs chewing through the leash are not covered as this is not considered a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a claim, please reach out to our customer service team via our Contact page, providing your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Visual evidence such as photos may be requested for preliminary assessment.

Upon confirming a defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace your leash. In the case of a replacement, if the original model is no longer available, a comparable product will be provided.

Replacement items will be shipped to you in line with our standard shipping policy, at no additional shipping cost.
